At A Sketch of Faith, we sell digital craft templates delivered instantly after purchase. Because customers can preview each craft design before purchasing and receive immediate access to the files, returns are limited to the circumstances outlined below.

If something isn’t right, please contact us through the contact form before raising a dispute or chargeback with your bank, Stripe, or PayPal – we would much rather sort it out with you directly, and we will always try to find a fair outcome.

Change of Mind Refunds

Because each craft has photos and often a video showing how it is constructed, you have the best opportunity to understand the nature of the product before downloading, so change-of-mind refunds are not guaranteed. That said, get in touch and let us know what happened – requests are reviewed case by case and we’re usually happy to help.

Missed Cancellation Refunds (Memberships)

If you have missed cancelling your membership, and you have not downloaded anything since the renewal, you may request a refund for an automatic payment within 7 days of the renewal date. Please use the contact form to request a refund.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each annual cycle unless you turn off automatic renewal in your account settings. You may cancel at any time, and you will continue to have access until the end of your annual cycle.

Technical Issues

If you experience problems accessing or opening a file (for example, a failed download or corrupted file), please contact us and we will provide a new link or replacement file at no additional cost.

Incorrect File

If you receive the wrong file due to our error, we will promptly provide the correct file.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a digital product is faulty, not as described, or otherwise fails to meet consumer guarantees, you are entitled to a remedy.

Memberships

By purchasing a membership, you agree to pay the fees for the full subscription term. You can cancel your subscription at anytime and retain access to the library of crafts until the end of your membership. You can cancel your membership in your account.

Upon signup, you will see the renewal date for your membership. You will receive an email 1 week before the renewal to remind you that payment will be taken from the payment method stored on your profile.

You also acknowledge that the subscription automatically renews at the end of each annual cycle. You may cancel this at any time and you will have access to your membership until the end of your annual cycle. If your payment method fails, your membership will be cancelled.

Our listed fees may change at any time. You will be able to maintain your membership until the end of your billing period for the remainder of the subscription for the price you purchased it. You will not be automatically charged a new fee.
