Refund policy

No refunds, except: cancelling before renewal keeps your access until the end of your current term, and there’s a 7-day refund window on accidental renewals — only if you haven’t used any downloads during that renewal period.

Upgrading from Classic to Group

Upgrades are prorated against your remaining term.

Distribution rights / license terms

Crafts are for personal or single-classroom/home use only — no redistribution. An occasional-volunteer carve-out allows helping out elsewhere once a month. Individual and Group licenses differ in how many people can use the same downloaded file at once — see your plan for your seat count.
